It has come to our attention that several electric utility customers have been using Doxo, a third-party online bill payment service. Doxo is not affiliated with Hardwick Electric Department. Despite using our name and showing our logo, Doxo is not an authorized payment service.

Customers who pay their utility bill through Doxo are charged a service fee. Payment through Doxo may take several weeks to reach your us, potentially resulting in fees and/or disconnection of services.

It is free to pay your bill online using our website. You can pay your bill by clicking on the red “Pay Your Bill” button at the top of the screen.
