Although the meeting was recorded, a technical problem occurred that made the video file unusable. As a result, a video recording of this meeting will not be available.![]()

Vermont's Open Meeting Law requires public meetings to be recorded and made available whenever possible. We want the public to be aware of this issue and emphasize that the failure to provide a video was the result of an unexpected technology error, not an effort to avoid transparency.![]()
