These calls will always come from an HED customer representative. We do not outsource disconnection calls. ⚡REMINDER PLANNED SYSTEM OUTAGE TONIGHT 10/08 ⚡⚡ PLANNED SYSTEM OUTAGE – CRAFTSBURY & GREENSBORO ⚡ Hardwick Electric Department will be conducting planned system work beginning at midnight on Thursday, October 8th, with the outage expected to continue until approximately 3:00 AM on Friday, October 9th.The outage will impact the majority of Craftsbury customers and a small portion of Greensboro customers. 🔧 Why is this work necessary? Our crews will be repairing and replacing wire and poles as part of ongoing system improvements. This work will help strengthen the electric system, improve reliability, and reduce the likelihood of future outages.We understand that an overnight outage can be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while our crews complete this important work.Our crews will work to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.Thank you for your patience and continued support of Hardwick Electric Department. ⚡
