REMINDER!!🚨PLEASE BE AWARE OF A SCAM! 🚨A customer contacted us after receiving a phone call from someone claiming to represent “HED,” stating that their service was subject to disconnection and that immediate payment was required. This was NOT a Hardwick Electric Representative!! Please be cautious and protect yourself!We do make legitimate collection calls regarding past-due balances and possible service disconnections. These calls will always come from an HED customer representative. We do not outsource disconnection calls. If you receive a call that seems suspicious or are unsure whether a payment request is legitimate, please hang up and contact our office directly using our verified phone number before making any payment.🚨 Never rush into sending money because of threats of immediate disconnection.🚨 Be cautious of anyone pressuring you to make an immediate payment over the phone or through an unfamiliar payment method.🚨 When in doubt, verify first!Thank you for your continued trust and support. ...
